Purchaser says goods not received

I sold an item, courier obtained signature for receipt, purchaser claiming it’s not received, and has left negative feedback. I’ve forwarded photos showing proof of delivery and signature. Purchaser not replying. I have not left feedback for purchaser. What can I do?

You need to call eBay Customer Support unfortunately,  the lines have been unobtainable lately because of the current crisis.  Live Chat has been available from time to time.

 

Keep trying,  use the Help & Contact tab above,  follow prompts to get through,  eventually!  Explain tracking has shown delivery of the item.

you dont forward the tracking to the buyer you add it to the item in your Sold section 

 

If they open a dispute then you make sure the tracking is on there 

 

If it shows as Delivered then you will win any dispute

 

Then contact ebay and ask them to remove the feedback
