you dont forward the tracking to the buyer you add it to the item in your Sold section
If they open a dispute then you make sure the tracking is on there
If it shows as Delivered then you will win any dispute
Then contact ebay and ask them to remove the feedback
As long as you have the tracking on the dispute and item then if the buyer escalates the dispute you will win if the tracking says Delivered
Once that happens then ask ebay to remove the feedback
There is the information and a link
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/selling/selling-seller-performance/dispute-feedback-ebay?id=4102
It is very difficult to contact ebay at all at the moment
Just to add to your original post
You as a buyer can not leave feedback other than positive so dont leave any
If you leave a negative comment on a positive dot then it can be removed if the buyer reports it and you would get a black mark on your account
