A buyer has purchased an item and my prices include free postage to UK. They have now asked me to send it to Greece. I seem to recall that it must be shipped to buyers PayPal address not an address they have sent in a message. The postage is also nearly £2.00 more to Greece than uk. Should I send it?

Your items appear to be opted into the global shipping program and if this transaction is within the program then you will not be able to invoice the buyer because eBay do all the invoicing.
Send signed-for to Derby and at that point Pitney Bowes take over for the international shipment, for which the buyer is separately chrged.
If the item is not within gsp and your listing did not offer international postage then you are under no obligation to send to Greece.
