If a buyer also pays for the postage is that included in the money transfer automatically?

The buyer will pay the full amount on your listing, including postage. The whole lot will go into your paypal account.

However, paypal take their fees the second the money goes in, so you will actually recieve slightly less than the total.  Paypals fees are 3.4% plus 20p per transaction.
