Positive feedback, negative comment

A seller kept me waiting when I picked up the used goods.  when he finally arrived he got upset when I wanted to check the item. The exchange ended in him telling me to f$$$ off after I purchased it. He left positive feedback but with a negative comment in my feedback. I have requested for eBay to remove the comment but they say the service is unavailable at this time. I don't want to retaliate with negative comments in his feedback (I won't leave feedback at all) but I am struggling to get eBay to acknowledge the problem. I requested a callback from them but they haven't rung me. What else can I do?

I would try live chat.  It's against the rules for a seller to do that so ebay should remove it for you. I can't see why they are saying the service is unavailable - they just have to click a button.  Keep trying, but personally as the seller was so blooming rude, I think you should leave feedback of your own.
