It would be a big help to have told us who you paid, and how.

EBay is introducing a new payment system, in which buyers pay eBay, instead of paying the seller direct as before.

In either case, I think you need to wait and see whether you've been charged only once for this.

If you have been charged more than once, you should report this to PayPal or your credit card company. The procedure for reversing duplicated payments will depend on how you paid.

If your payment was made to eBay you should also contact customer support to let them know, but don't rely on eBay alone to sort it out.

For this moment I TRY contact to eBay support but they dismiss me, I call to my bank lloyds and payment its done need contact to eBay and contact seler BUT NOBODY ANSWER, at the moment I lost 346.94 pounds….

iIn a chat with eBay I wrote back to them but they still freak me out….

I feel cheated, unfortunately everyone would be so,

the seller got a double payment, one probably from the ebay error system, i.e. I and the other payment from the buyer who won and bought this item.

Will someone help me? Do I need to report the matter to the police?
