Payment methods on eBay?

Why is eBay Stating Sellers can choose what payment method they accept from buyers,like Cheques, Postal Orders payment on collection,then State to the Seller:They MUST Use PayPal a compnany owned by eBay as their Only payment method? is this Fraudulent Misrepresentation by eBay? If I lived in Germany or America  I could use eBay S.a.r.l as my Payment method,Why not in the UK? Discrimination by eBay? I need some answers from eBay,but they REfuse to answer my concerns?

Paypal is not now owned by eBay [it used to be].  There are changes afoot but previously to be covered by eBay's money back guarantee buyers had to pay by Paypal which could only happen if the seller offered PP

you can ask for payment in cash on collection, but you can't refuse a paypal payment if the buyer chooses to pay that way

Yes I can REFUSE to Accept PayPal, the item is owned by myself, until the
buyer pays for the Item, as a Seller, How do I know if the buyer has a
PayPal Account on arriving at my Address?

You might own the item but you listed it on eBay's site and need to abide by their rules, as set out in the user agreement.

buyers can pay with paypal as soon as they win the item, they don't tend to wait until they get to the sellers door!

if someone pays with paypal you could refund them and ask for cash on collection, but you will still be charged paypals fee for processing the payment

I suggest YOU read the eBay Payment Options: PayPal, Credit cards, Cheques,
Postal Orders, Apple Pay, Google Pay. I suggest YOU get in touch with
PayPal and Inform them that they MUST Comply with the UK Regulations, I
refer to Equality Act, Section 29. PayPal like eBay turn a Blind eye to the
EU Regulations over Competition Laws. I suggest you READ those LAWS Before
you Spout of YOUR Mouth. I will Never sell on eBay while eBay Refuses me
the RIGHT to Choose who I wish to Process buyers payments. Why are
Thousands of sellers And buyers, Closing their Accounts? My PayPal Account
has been FROZEN since May 2015,WHY? PayPal Refuse to say? Because they know
eBay the Parent Company will support their Illegal Actions. PayPal had a
Class action taken against them selves for EXACTLY the Same problem I am
having. PayPal Lost their case and agreed to pay Millions of Dollars in
Damages. PayPal made their Fortune on the back of eBay, Millions of
dollars, Pounds have been made by eBay and PayPal over Millions of
FAKE,STOLEN goods sold on eBay every day. PRINT THIS ON YOUR COLUMN.

Ah, now it becomes clearer. If you want to sell on eBay you need to wait until you are invited to enrol on managed payments. As PayPal has banned you you are stuck until then.

I recently bought a item on eBay on the 11 Dec. item has NOT Arrived.
Seller has 190 Negative Feedbacks, was He INVITED by eBay? WHAT is eBay,s

Ebay's uk address is in the user agreement. Managed payments is Ebay's new payment processing system, private sellers are invited to use it, until such time as it becomes mandatory.
None of us work for ebay, we volunteer to help members with problem but we get annoyed when we are drip fed vital information. I am not sure whether it will work but have you tried opening a case for item not received in the resolution centre for the missing item?

Hi Kudos, Thank you for your comments, Yes I have tried to open a claim
against the Seller. Told by eBay I must wait until 30 December Before I get
a Refund. The seller has over 190 Negative Feedback's. I am Not the only
one who has Not received this ink cartridge. Why would Anybody wait 3 weeks
for a Delivery of an Important Delivery? Thank your hjelp. Regards William.

You always have to wait until the day after expected delivery before you can open a case for item not received, and now you have to wait 3 business days before you can ask eBay to step in. The rules are very strict, even for an obvious scamming seller.

Hi The Delivery Date was 11 December 2020,so Why do I have to wait until 31
December 2020? I am getting very annoyed with this Seller, I keep getting
messages: It will arrive on another Date, it Never arrives, so How long
should I wait? I needed an Ink Cartridge Before Christmas, so I could send
messages to my Family. I had to buy from another Supplier. I told the
seller, I wished to Cancel my Order, he just keeps sending me messages. I
have Stated: I will not respond to any more messages from this Seller. I
have just received a message from EBID. I used to use them some time ago,
very Good Company. I might go back to them after all this Hassle with eBay.
I will NOT use PayPal. I have suffered YEARS of Allegations by this
company, NONE TRUE. It was Claimed by eBay. Buyers do NOT need a PayPal
Account to buy items on eBay. PayPal has Refused to Process payments for
many items I bought on eBay, even when I didn't have a PayPal Account and
when I did have a PayPal account. As I have said, I am taking PayPal to
Court. Hopefully it will be settled in 2021.I will NEVER Knowingly use
PayPal again. I keep getting messages from PayPal Users, telling me about
