Hi
You have not understood how the GSP works
https://sellercentre.ebay.co.uk/private/global-shipping-programme
Your listings show that you are subscribed to eBay's global shipping programme.
When you sell something abroad, you simply post it to eBay's shipping hub. That's the address in Lichfield you were given by eBay, and sent it to. They will repack it and deliver it to your buyer in Italy. The buyer pays the cost of international shipping direct to eBay.
You haven't said why you've refunded your buyer. I doubt whether you can stop the global shipment now. You will just have to hope that when your buyer in Italy receives it they will return your refund.
The address you have there if for sellers who are opted into the ebay Globel Shipping Programme
The seller sends to the address on paypal which is in Lichfield and once there it is shipped on to the buyer in Italy
The buyer pays extra to ebay for the service
If it was the headlights then that is the correct address as it says Ship to many other countries on your listing which is GSP
Yuo should not have refunded the money
If it is at the GSP hub then it will most likely have been shipped on to the buyer now with no way of getting it back
You would have to ask the buyer to repay for the item and there is no way you can force them to do that
The address would be on the paypal payment when the buyer paid

Thats the GSP address you have to send the item to. They forward it to the buyer overseas.
that address is the UK postage hub for items sold through the global shipping program.
