Package returned to seller

Royal Mail have returned a package to me, the Seller, stating it has an incomplete address.  I purchased the postage label online via Ebay and it automatically printed the buyers address.  I have advised the buyer of the situation.   Is it in order for me to ask for a more complete address and further payment for postage, or should I proceed in a different way ?  Thanks for your assistance - I can’t find anything on ebays Help pages.

It is up to you......you could simply cancel the sale for a fee credit & to refund the buyer with the reason "problem with buyer address"......it iscan accurate reason.....retain packaging as proof

Did you check that the address on Paypal was the same? Have you looked to see what the problem is, for example look for the Post Code for the address you used, or the other way round look to see what area the Post Code you used shows.
