Overpaid postage

A customer overpaid on postage - I didn't have a postage cost as high as he had to pay and I owe him £3.75p. How do I do this via Paypal please.

The buyer cannot overpay postage.  When a buyer goes through the checkout, they pay exactly what is shown on the listiing page.

So your buyer is in Eire, Ireland.

Postage cost would be £6.95. I tested it on one of your listings, I changed my location from UK to Eire and I was quoted £6.95.

So why do you think you have to refund them £3.75?

If the buyer was 'charged' more ask them if they paid by credit card or from their bank account via Paypal, that may account for the additional 90p or conversion rate £s to euros.

If you got it wrong, that is rather a large amount to miscalculate, go to the payment in Paypal, click for full details, use the refund link. amend as required.

If you mean buyer bought more than one item, then do as I said above. Paypal will refund a small amount of their fee, ebay will refund nothing.
