If the cost of p&p is £3.20. How is the seller allowed to charge me double when the cost of the package was only £1.53. This is dishonest and over charging should not be allowed like this how do I get a refund

the cost of Postage &Packaging isn't £1.53
the cost of the stamp ( the Postage) is £1.53
the rest is the Packaging costs
the seller quotes a price to get the item safely delivered to your door,
there is nothing 'dishonest' the price is clearly shown
you agreed that price when you purchased the item
you weren't overcharged
and you can't get a refund
