Ordered the wrong thing by mistake.

I ordered the wrong item by mistake. It has been delivered. The item is unopened as I need to return it to get my money back. But the seller won't reply to my emails and return request?
Can anyone help

If you've Opened a Return Case in the Resolution Center & the Seller does not reply, you can ask ebay to step in after 8 days.

 

However, Private Sellers are not forced to accept returns.
