Order removed from purchase history

Hi

 

I have not recieved my order, have contact the seller who did not reply and now my order no longer shows in my purchase history so I can't even click on it to get help

 

How do I get a refund and report the buyer?

If you paid with paypal then log into your paypal account and report item not received in there as you have 180 days to do so.

Escalate the case to a claim within 20 days if you get no refund or item
