Not from England

Hello all, i do not understand when i have clicked on to buy from the UK, i get sellers from all over especially China. I clicked to buy  thinking item would be from  the UK. But its taking over 2 weeks to get here and i have messaged them to ask where from and they say uk . But i have on their name and it is in China. Also the tracking for a Hermes delivery is not working.

the search criteria is for ITEM location

you cannot search for a sellers location

sellers who have a UK distribution point can state UK as the item location as the item is sent there first and then to the buyer

if you wish to avoid buying from these sellers you need to check the seller location before you buy,

to see the seller location go to their feedback profile page by clicking on the number in brackets next to their ID,

you should be looking at a sellers feedback profile before you buy anything, as that is what feedback is for, to be read before purchase so that you can decide whether you want to buy from that person.

if an item location is stated as UK and the item is sent directly to you, without going to the UK distribution point, you can report the seller for item location misrepresentation:-

Thanks for your reply but it says item location from Manchester .

but look at the sellers location by clicking on their feedback number in brackets by their ID, you will see they are not from Manchester

Yes that is right ,but i have messaged them and they said they are from Uk, but obviously not thankyou for your help, will do that in future .
