Non payment

How long do sellers normally give for a buyer to make payment before cancelling the sale? I have three items awaiting payment, two are almost two weeks overdue! It's so rude. I don't mind if people change their mind, but I'm not sure what the protocol is
Thanks, Kristy

Hello Kristy,

eBay allow buyers two full days for payment,  most sellers will allow a little longer.

Two weeks is far long enough !!  Open an unpaid item  case for each non paid item,  in the Resolution Centre,  link at bottom  of most pages.  Close it on day 5,  your fees will be refunded,  the buyer gets a non payment strike on their account,  they are only allowed one,  and only then can you safely relist that item.

You have 32 days from point of sale to open these cases.

Put all non payers on your blocked buyers list so they do not return.  Account tab >>  Buyer requirements >>  Block Buyers who ....
