No returns

What's the point putting no returns if ebay over rules that simply because the buyer made a mistake doesn't want it but pies and says it's not the same description, when I've listed in perfect English the item explained the specs and how many yet ebay over turned this decision. What's the point ?

'No returns' means nothing when the buyer opens a 'Not as Deacribed' case.

The seller has no choice but to accept return and refund.

If it is the scooter you could have avoided any recourse from the buyer by asking for cash on collection not Paypal.
