No payment made or reply from message/payment reminder after 4 days

Hi, just wondering where I stand? I've had no message to say the buyer will be making a payment and I want to relist the item?  it's been 4 days now and I've still had no response from my buyer, I've sent a payment reminder but where do I stand with re listing? Do I open an unpaid item case or just relist as I haven't heard from the buyer?  I'd rather not open an unpaid  item case but  unsure of weather I can just relist the item without doing so?

Before re-listing the item to anyone else, you need to go through the unpaid item dispute process (you will be charged ebay final value fees on this transaction, whether you receive payment, or not)

The non-payer will get a strike against their account, and sellers can set their Buyer Requirements to block bidders with 2 or more strikes.

They also won't be able to leave feedback for the transaction, which is always a bonus when they turn out to be flakey.

Add any non-payer to your Blocked Bidders List. You don't want them coming back:
