No payment from customer

Hello!

ive had a customer who has bought 5 things on my eBay account dating back to the 27th of may until the 1 of June. They have bought 5 different item and have not paid for any of them. I have sent payment reminders and contacted them a few times but I'm getting no response. 
someone help! Just want some advice what should I do? Cancel orders or wait?

with the new process on day 5 you can cancel as buyer did not pay.

They get a strike, you get your fees back and can resell -

You have to open 1 unpaid case for each item. Sellers can block buyers with 2+ unpaid strikes, so buyer will be in trouble if they don't pay you.
