As eBay seem to be uncontactable, I'll try here! I've just converted some Nectar points into a voucher, and for several hours now I've had the message in red "We're still processing your last request - it'll just take a moment." - this is on eBay's Nectar page. As far Nectar are concerned, eBay have had my points and Nectar have sent an email confirmation of that, so the problem would seem to be with eBay. Normally the points to voucher process is instant - is anyone else having problems? Will this clear itself eventually so I get my voucher?
