Missing refund

Hi

I have bought a receiver that was not in order so the seller promised to send me a new one, which has not arrived. I therefor asked for shipping details, which they are not responding on, I have thereafer asked them to send me a refund , still they are avoiding to send me an answer or feed back, can you please help?

If it's within 30 days of delivery date go to More Actions, far right of item on your My eBay Purchase History page, select the relevant case and escalate after 3 working days.


If it's after 30 days it's too late for eBay but if it's less than 180 days since payment you can still open a case with Paypal.  Here's a direct link:

Escalate it after 2 days and before 20 days.
