I have been misguided by eBay and have the call that clearly shows eBay incompetence. There advice has cost me £4250 but moreover distress beyond belief. Yet eBay have agreed YES I was given bad advice and feel that extra training for will suffice my complaint, Logan Hargreaves from the presidents team, agreed that they have acted incorrectly but eBay are not prepared to put the wrongs right. I am going to look at a now win no fee solicitor or small claims court. I was also advised by another agent who listened to the call that in all of their working years at eBay this was the worst case she had come across and cannot believe the advice I was given.
