Hi. I've gone to check the status of an order. The item won't load and I receive a message that the seller is suspended. Every eBay action is to contact the seller but this obviously isn't going to work. Any ideas on what to do please?
This will happen if eBay remove a listing from the site, which they don't do lightly. If this applies to your purchase then you will need to use Paypal's security centre to open a case if the item either doesn't arrive or is not-as-described.
