Lying buyer claims item not received. Now I have lost my merchandise and my postage fees

This buyer haggled to reduce the price on an expensive item that I was already selling for cheap. We settled on a (low) price. I sent the item. Buyer claimed they didn’t receive item and opened an eBay case against me when I was on holiday.

After eBay took their side (since the buyer didn’t choose tracked postage), they left a horrible negative review on my page. This all occurred while I was on holiday so I never had the chance to dispute their case.

I wrote a review for the buyer but apparently you can’t leave negative reviews for stupid buyers on eBay and a few days later, my review was removed by eBay. I am utterly infuriated by this! Surely freedom of speech still applies so I should be able to leave a comment of my own experience with the thieving buyer??

Is there genuinely nothing I can do if a buyer claims no item received and I have no tracking number??

"Lying buyer claims item not received"

How do you know?

Cany ou prove it?

If you can prove it then by following eBay rules you would have won the case.

always best to know the rules, for example, you could have got the neg removed, but it's most likely too late now.
