HI there,
For some reason, my ebay account is no longer recognising my email address or ebay login name... I can't reset anything and can't seem to find a phone number that gets me through to an actual person. I accessed an automated chat which advised me to open a new ebay account, but wont this mean I lose all of my past trading history and reputation? I've had the account since 2011 and have never had any problems...?
the account you are currently using hasn't been used, you must have another account you have been using,
log out of this one and log back in using your normal ID and password
