Listed items not showing on ebay search

Hi,  I have just listed 2 x items and they are now Active but they are not showing them when I search for them on "Search for Anything". Does anyone know why that might be?

It can take 24 hours for Listings to be Uploaded onto the Site.

Ok, thanks for the information but funnily enough, I can't find another item that I listed last week which has 35 views and 2 watchers.... Is there something else which could be the reason?

I can only see 2 Pieces of Furniture that you have Sold. No Live Listings?

I spoke to E-bay today and they confirmed that it can take 24 hours before new listings are verified by E-bay and appear for sale. The item which I had listed previously was also held back for 24 hours because I had edited the description on the same day. So, problem solved! Thank you all for your advice and comments, much appreciated 🙂
