Late delivery rate report

My status was just downgraded from "Top Rated" to Above standard" because eBay somehow has registered late delivery for two items.

They are both false. I shipped both items same day payment cleared and they were both delivered to the buyers in good time.

I have contacted the buyers and they have both left positive feedback and 5 stars.

I am not a business seller so the seller rating is not all that important, but it is still a bit **bleep**py that that you loose your status even when

you do everything correct.

I am probably not the only one who have had this experience! Anything I can do?

The buyerrs must have ticked the NO box when it asks if the item arrived by a specific date

The only way to avoid this iis to send by Royal Mail using a tracked service
