Late delivery rate July 2020

Hey folks.

Just seen my updated late delivery rate today and am shocked how hi it is. Using Royal Mail and they are so slowat the moment!

I think eBay should give us an extended break on the late delivery metric. Virtually impossible to keepright in these circumstances.

Anyone else suffering?

I understand that ebay were making allowances for delays.

However it might be problems local to your area, as most Royal Mail deliveries have been very good, in fact 2nd class being delivered in 24 hours is not unusual.

I see you are in NI, that could be the reason as I would guess many of your buyers are in England. 

Have you tried extending delivery times, or does that still penalise you in some way?

In what way are they making allowances?
I extended the delivery time and added carriage to allow me to first class the orders but will not meet next months requirements to hold the top seller badge.

Others have reported that they are losing TRS status, so looks like ebay are longer deleting defects.
