Hi, the item I bought, has been removed by eBay. I had a message from the seller saying it had been posted. Now I can't see any contact information for the seller. Will I get my item or do I get a refund? The message I received from eBay says to leave it 10 days and claim a refund but the message I had received from the seller says it's on its way and will take longer than 10 days as it's coming from abroad.

What was the item's last estimated date for delivery?  If a reasonable tie passes  this,  then you open a case with Paypal  if youpaid through them,   for item not received,  and escalate within 20 days for a refund.

You cannot do naything until after this date.
