Contacted EBay customer services who advised GSP is handled by a third party Pitney Bowes and I should contact them .
Number given was not anything to do with GSC .
Are you the seller?.
How do you know it has not been dispatched?
As long as your item shows as Delivered to the hub then you dont do any more and wait and see what happens.
If the buyer does not receive their item then they open a not recieved dispute
You are not responsible for items that go missing once it has reached the hub

You post to the hub in Lichfield and Pitney Bowes sends on
The buyer pays extra too ebay for the service.
What number was given?. I presume you mean GSP and not GSC
GSP it ebays Globel shipping programme
All you have to do is post to the shipping hub in Lichfield with the address exactly as on paypal when your buyer pays
You do not get any tracking after it arrives at the hub
The onwards journey is down to Pitney Bowes
