Buyer purchased from me on 6th December and states they still have not received. I didn't send tracked (it would have cost more than item worth to send tracked to USA) I have offered to do a refund if buyer goes through eBay reporting item not received but buyer is telling me eBay is saying they can't do this until 13th Jan, surely this is wrong? Would love opinions
