eBay

HiI have an ebay shop. Some of my listings are showing as from international seller even though I'm in uk. I contacted eBay on 22nd and was told there were technical issues and someone would get back to me in 48 -72 hours, however I am still waiting....

Buyer purchased from me on 6th December and states they still have not received. I didn't send tracked (it would have cost more than item worth to send tracked to USA) I have offered to do a refund if buyer goes through eBay reporting item not receiv...
