Item not received

I order two items back in may still havent received them unfortunately i opened a case and closed it not releasing I coulsnt open one again seller has said she has posted it on numerous messages now but still not received my items how do I go about getting a refund as I dont think I'm going to get my items I've gave her enough chances now.

Has the Seller provided you with a Tracking Number?  If No Tracking which Confirms Delivery. Open an Item Not Received Case with PayPal. If 2 separate Purchases open 2 Cases. Escalate the Case after 2 days but before 20.

 

Don't Close Cases until you have your Money Back.
