Item not received

I opened a resolution after not delivery of an item. I corresponded with seller who apologised for late posting. I closed resolution as I thought seller was being honest. A week later still no item and no acknowledgement from new message to seller. Now I can't reopen resolution.

As you've found out, you should never close a case til you're happy with the outcome, as closed cases can't be re opened

 

Open a case with paypal, via the transaction, escalate after 2 days and before 20 days have elapsed..this is your last chance for a refund
