I purchased an item on the 6th. It has not been received or marked as posted. The payment is still showing as pending despite the money leaving my bank account. I have asked the seller days ago to tell me when it will be posted or cancel the sale but no response. I have tried to open a dispute but I get the message paypal says a dispute should not be opened. What does this mean and how do I get my money back?
