No ... you post when the payment clears! NEVER post until paypal say it's safe to do so. Echeques can take a few days to clear - they are made when the buyer has no funds available in pay pal and pay pal cannot do an 'instant' transfer from the cards on file!
You will get an email saying that the transaction has completed (or failed) but keep an eye on the transaction via the app or website just in case there is a delay in sending confirmation emails.
