Is Ebay safe to buy from?

I feel cheated and inconvenienced trying to receive replacement goods but follow through not completed. How is this monitored and when will will I receive my goods? To buy comes in days to replace faulty goods taking months why?

Buying from strangers online will never be "safe". However, eBay's money back guarantee gives good protection provided buyers read the conditions, exclusions and time limits. Many don't bother, until it's too late.

Buyers are often talked into waiting so long for promised replacements that it's too late to claim a refund. On eBay, if an item is damaged or not as described it's best to use eBay's MBG, get a full refund, then order a replacement if you still want it.
