You are blocked from invoicing for items sold through the global shipping program and it is most unwise to try and circumvent this. eBay will have invoiced the buyer and when the buyer pays, you will get the hub address to ship to and the special code to write on the front of the parcel. Send signed-for to the hub and once the parcel is there, responsibility for loss or damage in international transit passes to Pitney Bowes.
