I need to report a seller who refuses to refund despite confirming he has received the return. He has procrastinated for 6 weeks with all excuses, couldnt refund , no bank details, no name etc etc.
Have you opened an appropriate Return case within 30 days from item delivery date, escalate to eBay on 4th. day and continue to completion for a refund in full ? ... ignore any Seller pleas/promises/ requests to cancel the case >
