I am waiting a couple of months for a refund, Ebay has closed my order. the seller doesn't respond to my messages and the item is deleted from my purchase history. Whom should I contact and where ?
Depending on the timing, reason and type of case opened, if case has been closed by eBay, have you been given a reason ? (eg. did you fail to escalate case to eBay / delivery proven / out of time etc. ??.)
