I bought an item and paid but e-bay removed a listing after!

Hi,

I'm writing about new situation. Today I bought an item and paid for it but within an hour I had this message from e-bay:

"

We had to cancel your recent order.

Unfortunately, due to concerns, the item listed below has been removed from the site.
This won’t interrupt your order. But if you have any problems, you’re covered by eBay’s Money Back Guarantee and can request a refund.

 "

I don't understand this message! 

1st line: " we had to cancel your recent order" that means for me the transaction is cancelled and money back into my account asap!

3rd line: "This won't interrupt your order" that means for me the transaction is still OK,  but in the same line " you're covered by E-bay..." but everyone know the money will back within min 4 weeks!!! Why if e-bay took this action don't send clear information?

Ebay's communications are not always the model of clarity!

You may still get the item.  If it does not arrive by the latest date for delivery then open a case with Paypal [for non-receipt] and escalate after 2 days and before 20.  Use reason/note "eBay removed item".

I'm not sure where the 30 days comes from. EBay refunds usually within a few days.  If you paid by Credit card it may take some days/weeks to show
