It's possible he doesn't know how to change the invoice. Ask him to go to his My eBay sold page click on the little arrow far right of item > Send Payment Details. Change the postage and submit. Or on seller hub go to Orders, select the item and select Send Invoice from the drop-down menu. Change the postage and click on Send Invoice.
