How to contact a seller via Ebay messaging System

I phoned a seller regarding a faulty item and was requested to send mesage and photos of item via the Ebay messaging System. However I can't seem to lacate it. Any one able to advise please???

The attach photo option is just below the message box on the righthandside.

To send an email with an attached photo:

1. Click the Attach photos button in the message you're writing

2. Select the picture or pictures saved on your computer that you want to send. You can choose up to 5 pictures

   Note: pictures you send through My Messages need to meet the following requirements:

   • They must be no larger than 5MB

   • Each must be at least 500 pixels on the smallest side (length or width)

   • Each much be in one of the following formats: JPG, BMP, GIF, PNG or TIF

3. When you're finished writing your message, click the Send button
