How to adjust an invoice to add postage

I have just sold an item for collection only and the buyer can't collect. What do I need to do to charge postage and how do I invoice the buyer?

Go to the menu to right of item, Send Paymant details, This brings up an invoice. Add the postage charge, do not click on reset, click to send the invoice. Simple as that.
