How do I get postage defects removed.

Seller paid late I posted items same day then I get 2 defects for late postage. It stinks

Tressygirl. It was because the item was sent tracked that I got the defects. they sid it was posted late. That is ebay!!!

Unfortunately these new postage metric 'defects'  they are not really classed as a defect as such, do last 12 months on an account.  If you have a tracked postage on those items which proved delivery, then you can call eBay CS to look into removing them.
