I have posted my product to return it but cannot enter the tracking details which need to provided by today 5 July 2021. I've just received an email saying the case is closed because I haven't provided the details-even though it's only 8pm on 5/7/21.
How can I contact someone to enable me to enter the required details?
It's probably closed the same time it was opened but it always worth having a go. Click on "eBay Help", top right of page (or from My eBay pages it's "Help & Contact", top left). Scroll down to "Contact Us" and click on that. Select a topic, the nearest or any topic. On the next page, on the lefthand side you should get a link for "Chat with us". You may have to select different topics until you get the chat link.
