Hermes and a damaged parcel

Can anyone tell me how to get hold of Hermes regarding a badly damaged parcel that my buyer took receipt of? I've emailed them but have had no response to my claim and I also tried the helpline but it cuts you off and does not allow you to speak with a representative.

How have other sellers submitted a claim and received a response?

Thanks

Just shows that before using any Courier, it is a good idea to read ALL their T & Cs and how to contact them.

No doubt you have refunded the buyer, if not you will have to, but whether you can claim any compensation isunlikely. They will take your money on the assumption that you have read and agree with their very poor if any compensation terms.
