Help with Feedback

Hi,

I purchased an item from someone which never arrived. I use the app on my phone and my pc and the item I never recieved is 'unavailable' and I can't leave feedback! 

Does anyone know how this can happen? Thanks

If the item is Unavailable then it will have been removed by ebay and if that is the case then you will not be able to leave feedback

 

Why are you going on so much about the feedback

The important thing is too get your money back

When you open a not recieved dispute you have to go back to the resolution centre after 8 full days and escalate it too ebay to get your money back

If you do not do that then the case closes automatically.

 

You dont open a dispute in paypal until you fail on ebay

Did you open a "not received" case in the resolution centre? Nothing else would work.   After 8 days did you escalate the case?  If you have had the case closed and have now opened a "not received" case in Paypal that too should work and again you must escalate after 2 days and before 20.

 

If you did and the case still closed against you it is "possible" that the seller could show that the item was delivered. It is one of the constant complaints on eBay that all a seller needs to do is show that the item was delivered "somewhere"

Never mind about feedback. The important thing is have you received or claimed your money back?
