Hi,
I purchased an item from someone which never arrived. I use the app on my phone and my pc and the item I never recieved is 'unavailable' and I can't leave feedback!
Does anyone know how this can happen? Thanks
Did you open a "not received" case in the resolution centre? Nothing else would work. After 8 days did you escalate the case? If you have had the case closed and have now opened a "not received" case in Paypal that too should work and again you must escalate after 2 days and before 20.
If you did and the case still closed against you it is "possible" that the seller could show that the item was delivered. It is one of the constant complaints on eBay that all a seller needs to do is show that the item was delivered "somewhere"
