Getting appropriate response from Ebay

A seller made a mistake when giving me stars for item as described.

I have emailed Ebay twice now about this and each time, in view of email from buyer they have agreed to remove the defect against my account.

First email two weeks ago, last email last week.

On both occasions the defect has not been removed.

Who can I now go to to say please carry out the actions you have agreed to carry out?

Also it now seems that the email contact has been removed?

Feeling very upset by their standard of customer service towards buyers?

All advice gratefully received?

Try going onto livechat in the morning.

 

emails are not widely used now and you may just be getting a generic response.

 

Livechat gets things done there and then usually and you get a transcript of the chat in your message folder to refer to.
