Ebay / GSP are refusing to forward an item to the buyer claiming its a restricted item, but they are also refusing to return it to me. Granted they've offered the buyer a full refund and are not asking me for the money back. But the seller really wants the item how do I contact them and insist that they return the item (my property) to me!

It looks like these so called eBay experts are no more than paid goons quoting T&Cs, No empathy what so ever. What if the item was of a personal nature, say the item belonged to a deceased relative and they happened to come across it by chance but GSP refuse to let them have it quoting their T&Cs  the whole thing stinks!! T&Cs written to suit them, T&Cs which ebay as good as force you to agree to, you know when they first insisted that you had to use PayPal, now you can't use PayPal for payments!!

Typical response from someone who doesn't like reply. We are NOT paid by ebay, we do this for free in our own time. Your issue is ebay T&C's, we can't change them, only refer you to them, We can't change them & have to abide with them along with you or leave ebay.

No the point I was making is that this is supposed to be a community, where people offer advice or support not just a place where people say 'tough' read the T&Cs of I was looking for that kind of response I'd just use their useless auto bot chat feature

OK. I sympathize with your issue, but ebay don't & it's them that make the decisions.
